Parental and Family Support
We offer support to all our families and have an open door policy. Informally, we are always available for a chat or to answer a question. Some class teachers are in the playground after-school - or you can come to the front office where you will be able to organise a meeting. We have two highly skilled ELSAs (one for upper school and one for lower school), an Education Welfare Officer, a Bilingual Assistant and our Parent Support Advisors Linda Parry and Kate Wakeford who lead regular, parental partnership workshops throughout the year.
There will also always a member of the leadership team available to speak to you. Any formal appointment can be booked through the front office at reception.
Learning Workshops
We also offer a range of workshops for parents to support their child with learning at home. These are practical sessions where the child and parent workshop together on key tasks and concepts. Packs are then given , which can be used at home to support progress.
Some workshops are open to all parents and some have a targeted audience of children.
We run curriculum workshops carefully linked to feedback from yourselves and workshops to support you pastorally with our children.
We are excited to direct you to Rushmoor Link, a brand new online community directory for Rushmoor at www.rushmoorlink.org
